Prem Flow, Meeraki and Soma round it out, and yoga-plus-surf retreats are everywhere; many guesthouses bundle yoga into a stay.
Hammam and massage
The village spas charge 350-585 MAD (€35-58) for a hammam-and-massage combo: Mellow, Tamraght Spa House, and Wonder & Wellness among them. For the authentic, cheap version, the public Hamam Aourir is about 96 MAD. Resort-tier spas at the Fairmont and Hyatt start around 650 MAD.
Gyms
Thin on the ground; surfing and yoga are the fitness scene here. If you need a weight room, the resort gyms (Hyatt Regency, Fairmont Taghazout Bay) are effectively the only option, via day pass.
The routine regulars swear by. A hammam after a heavy surf week, a couple of yoga classes for shoulders and hips, and a refillable water jug so you actually stay hydrated.
